“ I stand by my rating of the best pizza in Edmonton. However, don't order the red velvet cake. It was frozen the first time, thawed in the microwave the second. Staff do not understand that pastries can become stale and freezer burned after sitting in the freezer too long. Last I checked, Red Velvet cake is soft and fluffy, not hard and chewy. ”

Not sure if there's been a change in operation/ownership but the pizza appears to have improved and I would put it back on par with the Strathcona location. I've had take out pizza here 3 times in June and the pizza was very good each time. I had the meat lovers, ham, pepperoni, and pepperoni and mushroom. ”
“ Royal Pizza said they "messed up how my pizza was cut; some of the toppings came off during the cutting of it" so they gave me an additional large pizza free of charge. Once I opened the "faulty" pizza, there was barely anything noticeably wrong with it. They sent the extra pizza in a separate delivery (about 15 min later) because they didn't want the original delivery to be late. EXCELLENT service. The extra free pizza was unnecessary, but sooo appreciated. I will continue to order from Blue Quill Royal Pizza due to this positive experience! ”

It was delivered by a personable driver and it was hot and tasted as if I was right in the restaurant.
